Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our stores, including floors, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices. This includes:
- Maintaining general cleanliness and safety on the floor, in seating areas, restrooms, and back offices
- Supporting all teams with cleaning projects
- Helping with cleaning emergencies
- Maintaining the store's landscaping and parking lot
- Performing continual cleaning of all store departments
You will also be expected to:
- Work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings
- Immediately report safety hazards and violations
- Demonstrate knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
- Deliver information in a clear and respectful manner to fellow Team Members, customers, and vendors
- Understand and comply with WFM quality goals
Please note that exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals is a requirement of this position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, is also essential.
