Now hiring a Back-Office Coordinator in Nampa, Idaho. Responsibilities include welcoming all patients in a warm and courteous fashion. Answering the phone with a professional demeanor using proper telephone etiquette and following company scripts. Should be comfortable with schedule management and schedule new patients accurately. Position will manage back-office flow, rooming patients and taking patients off of therapies. Role requires administrative tasks, registering new patients and updating existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal, financial, and insurance information. Must be able to check patients in and out and take payments, applying to their accounts accurately. Responsible for keeping the exam rooms clean and organized throughout the day and light housekeeping duties. Also knowledge of body mechanics and able to walk patients through therapeutic exercises.
Office Hours are Mon & Wed 8:30 AM to 6 PM With Lunch break from 12:30-3 PM, Tues & Thurs 1-6 PM and Fridays 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This is a part time offer with 15-20 hours a week average with flexibility to cover occasional vacations or days off closer to 30 hours a week. Pay is $15.00-$17.00 an hour based on experience.
