Location Ashland, Oregon
Whole Heart Elder Care provides holistic in-home caregiving services to residents in and around Ashland, Oregon. Our growing team of caregivers works closely with families, doctors, nurses and physical therapists to customize and implement a plan to meet individual caregiving needs.
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our growing team and contribute to our continued commitment to excellence. In this role, you will oversee agency operations, help maintain a high standard of client care, and ensure all activities and programs meet company policies, state requirements and federal regulations.
How you’ll make an impact
Our ideal candidate has leadership qualities, strong communication skills and an eye for operational efficiency. You’re a problem-solver with excellent time-management skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a positive attitude. In this role, you will:
- Oversee the management and operations, including recruitment, scheduling, marketing, care management, and compliance
- Monitor the quality of all services provided by staff to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
- Recruit, mentor, train and support staff with development opportunities. Identify staff education, training and evaluation opportunities
- Build, lead and motivate a dynamic, caring and professional team that provides the highest quality care to our clients and the community at large
- Direct and monitor quality improvement initiatives; continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and workflows
Requirements and certifications:
- B.A. in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 2 years experience in home care or health care administration preferred
- 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in a health-related field required
- Must meet all Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) and pass background check
- Excellent knowledge of State and Federal In Home Care regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Wellsky
- Valid driver’s license and transportation; ability to travel as required
