We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, counters, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes from dining areas to ensure a tidy environment.
- Support catering events by ensuring that all catering equipment is cleaned and ready for use.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with banquet or catering operations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help where needed within the kitchen team.
