What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Whole Kids Co.?
Whole Kids Co. is a multi-disciplinary Counseling and Autism Center with two locations serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. Whole Kids Co. was founded on the belief that whole kids are raised by whole families, we believe this is true for both our clients and our team members. We are looking for understanding and caring individuals who enjoy working with children to join our growing ABA team. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing behavior and skill acquisition treatment plans. The technician will assist clients one on one in daily activities, monitor behavior, collect and record data and communicate with both families and staff members.
Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is advantageous though not required to become a valued member of our team. If you have experience working with children, in any setting, or are working towards a degree in child Psychology/Neurology, Child Development, Special Education or Teaching we invite you to apply to join our team.
