Description of the role:
As a Scheduler/Recruiter at Whole Life Home Care, you will be responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and recruiting new employees to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality and timely care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain caregiver schedules
- Recruit and onboard new caregivers
- Coordinate with clients to match them with suitable caregivers
- Handle any scheduling conflicts or changes in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in scheduling or recruiting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of home care industry is a plus
- Registered Home Care Aide. We can help if not registered.
- Work hours are 11am to 7pm; Weekdays
