Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process by utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to attract qualified candidates.
- Oversee talent management initiatives to foster employee development and engagement.
- Implement change management processes to facilitate organizational transitions effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining HR best practices.
- Utilize HR software such as UltiPro, ADP, and Paychex for efficient personnel management and payroll processing.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the HR department.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in well-known enterprises or large corporations.
- Proficiency in UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, and other HR management systems.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Experience with talent management strategies to optimize workforce performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven track record in process improvement within human resources functions.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
