Role and Responsibilities :

As an LPN at Whole Self Wellness, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing exceptional care to our patients. Your superhero skills will include :

  • Assisting in the delivery of integrative healthcare services under the supervision of healthcare providers.
  • Conducting patient assessments and documenting vital signs and medical histories accurately.
  • Administering medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educating patients about wellness practices and managing chronic conditions.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and caring atmosphere.

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Connecticut.
  • Previous experience in a primary care or integrative health setting preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
