Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role, you may focus on one of the following areas:
Sales:
Help riders find their perfect motorcycle, ATV, or Side-by-Side. You’ll guide customers through the buying process, nurture leads, close sales, and maintain an inviting showroom.
Parts, Accessories, and Clothing (PAC):
Assist riders in finding the right gear, accessories, and clothing for their adventures. Whether in-store or online, you’ll provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Service Advisor:
Be the point of contact for customers and technicians, coordinating vehicle repairs, maintenance, and customizations. You’ll provide estimates, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery of completed projects.
Technician:
Work on cutting-edge powersports vehicles, performing repairs, warranty work, and custom builds. Stay ahead of the curve with continuous OEM training.
Marketing:
Develop and execute creative campaigns to showcase our products, services, and brand. Manage social media, design promotional materials, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our message reaches the right audience.
Shipping/Receiving:
Ensure the efficient movement of parts, accessories, and inventory. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate records, and work with our PAC and service teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Accounting:
Keep our business operations on track with precise financial management. Handle invoicing, payroll, budgets, and reporting while working closely with department managers to ensure sound financial practices.
