Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution : Develop and evolve packaging design systems across categories, ensuring consistency while delivering innovative, impactful designs.
- Production Files : Prepare and deliver print-ready mechanical files.
- Asset Management : Organize and archive mechanicals, templates, and assets.
- Brand Guidelines : Apply and adapt brand standards across categories.
- Photography Collaboration : Oversee on-set food photography (virtually and in person), ensuring consistency and creative integrity.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Collaborate with stakeholders to align designs with brand and category requirements.
- Creative Reviews : Incorporate feedback from Creative Directors and stakeholders to refine designs.
