Description: Warranty and Customer Care Representative
We’re currently looking for a team member to serve our customers by processing warranty claims and ensuring any customer issues are resolved quickly and per manufacturer guidelines. This position works closely with the outside and inside sales teams and constantly strives to resolve issues promptly and communicate consistently to provide solutions for our customers. Communication is key – our Warranty Representative will ensure information regarding their claim is consistently and accurately communicated in a timely manner to our customers.
Job Duties:
- Entering incoming claims into our tracking software
- Evaluating claims to determine if all or a portion qualifies as a manufacturer warranty issue
- Gathering additional information as needed and entering updates into the software as the claim progresses thru the process
- Ensuring all information is entered accurately for reporting and resolution purposes
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related department and company goals
