RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound calls to garage door companies and other high-volume users of garage doors.
- Process quotes and orders for call-in and walk-in clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Contribute to short and long-term sales strategies.
- Assist with training new team members as needed.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure all customers receive accurate product information and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in building materials.
- Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required.

- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using sales software and tools.
- Self-directed with a high level of initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background test and drug screen.
LOGISTICS:
- In-person role based in Elizabethtown, KY.
- Normal hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
SALARY:
- $60,000 - $100,000 per year (base salary plus commission).
