Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years with inbound call center experience
- Positive, punctual, motivated, and organized
- High level of multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Strong multi-tasking and computer skills with the ability to work with multi-faceted systems
- Patience and a passion to help others is needed to succeed at this role
- Excellent customer service skills and team player attitude
- Experience working with any of the following software/systems is a plus: Salesforce, Microsoft Suite Products, Cargotel
