Leading wholesale distributor of flooring and floor covering products is expanding into the Detroit marketplace. We are a branch-based distribution company that has been in business for more than 105 years and currently has 48 locations across 14 states. As a Territory Business Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business growth in the Grand Rapids marketplace and surrounding areas as we expand into Michigan, stocking of major brands of commercial and residential flooring products, and flooring installation tools and supplies. This is the perfect position for anyone who is a driven and motivated sales professional!

Qualifications for this role include:
- a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- a valid driver’s license
- minimum of three (3) years of commercial sales and/or specification experience
- experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred
- sales experience in the wholesale distribution space preferred
- proven sales ability, with high level of proficiency in account discovery and development
- high motivation and ability to work independently
- high level of computer proficiency, especially MS Office Suite, Teams and SharePoint
- experience working with a robust CRM
- the ability to maintain a general working knowledge of all major products and industry trends
- the ability to promote company products as a professional sales representative
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
