POSITION SUMMARY
M&A Supply Company, Inc. is seeking a warehouse worker / order picker for our Mt. Juliet, Tennessee distribution center. Warehouse workers / order pickers will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, pulling orders and putting inventory away.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
At M & A Supply, Warehouse Associates / Order Pickers are under the direct supervision of the Distribution Center Manager. Warehouse associates / Order pickers will be responsible for loading and unloading delivery trucks using forklifts, checking in orders and putting inventory away.
All Warehouse Associates / Order pickers are required to follow safe work practices and obey the rules and regulations of the state’s traffic laws. Seat belts must be worn at all times. Drivers are required to attend all company safety meetings and complete any training deemed necessary by M&A, including forklift certification training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Employees in this position must also be able to perform basic tasks using a computer, such as emailing, using a digital time clock, and utilizing M&A’s ERP system (Prophet 21) as required. Warehouse Associates must also be able to operate a forklift and be duly certified to do so. As mentioned above, M&A will provide the proper training/certification for all employees whose job requires them to use a forklift. HVAC experience.

They must be able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds, climb on and off the trucks and be able to bend and stoop, as well as sit and/or stand long periods of time.
