Wholesale Parts Solutions, a division of Capital Automotive Group, is seeking a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee our fast-paced shipping team and processes in Wake Forest, NC. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise the warehouse shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow in shipping operations.

• Monitor daily shipping activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Train, mentor, and support warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture.

• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to optimize inventory management and minimize errors.

• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders, shipments, and overall performance.

• Resolve shipping discrepancies and work proactively to prevent future issues.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in an automotive or distribution setting.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.

• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, shipping procedures, and inventory control.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Effective communication and leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and development.

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active warehouse environment.
