Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our sales organization. This role offers significant earning potential for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and motivate a high producing sales team
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our offerings.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall success.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based environment, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Comfort with analyzing sales data and leveraging insights to inform strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,500.00 - $175,000.00 per year
