Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Lubbock, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, providing support, analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions, and collaborating with various teams to resolve customer issues. Additionally, the Account Manager will identify opportunities for growth and work towards achieving sales targets.
