Job Description : Wholesale Produce does not slip-seat! As one of our drivers you will enjoy the comfort and peace of mind of operating your personally designated tractor, which receives regular maintenance from our professional crew of in-house mechanics.
All drivers must be able to legally cross the Canadian border and be available to work weekends.

Position Summary
Operate various tractor-trailer combinations for extended periods of time, over long distances between company / customer facilities in order to pick up, transport and deliver freight in a safe, timely and efficient manner
Drop, hook, spot or otherwise interchange equipment for loading or unloading at various locations under varied conditions
Driver unloads freight 80% or more of the time
Carry out instructions given orally and in writing including those on manifests, bills of lading and other shipping documents to determine the location and time of delivery
Conduct a thorough pre-trip inspection of the equipment
Perform all duties in accordance with policies and procedures
All loads leave between 7pm and 2am. Must be willing to do night driving and work weekends.
Essential Qualifications
CDL-A License
Minimum of one year of experience
Clean Driving Record
Able to legally cross the Canadian border
Be available to work weekends
Requirements
High school or equivalent preferred
Commercial Driving Experience - Class A
Valid Class A Commercial Driving License
Benefits
100,000 first year salary
26.23 / hour and $0.62448 / mile
