Project Management Experience :
2 years of experience in managing renewable energy projects, with at least 2–3 years focusing on BESS or solar power plants.
Technical Experience :
Hands-on experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including lithium-ion battery technologies, hybrid inverters, and energy management systems (EMS).
Familiarity with solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and their integration with BESS.
Technical Skills : BESS Knowledge :
Expertise in BESS design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
Familiarity with energy storage technologies, battery cycling, and degradation.
System Integration :
Knowledge of solar and BESS integration, including inverter configurations, grid compliance, and interconnection standards.
Electrical and Control Systems :
Understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, protection schemes, and control systems.
Familiarity with SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling plant performance.
Regulatory Compliance :
