Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for all staff scheduling
· Manage Visual Standards/Visual Coordinator
· Coordinate floor moves with Corporate Visual, AGMO and local teams
· Act as Manager on Duty, closing and opening duties for entire location
· Will be fully trained on POS, Store Force, ADP, Aptos, PowerDMS and all other systems
· Will be back up for the AGM of Operations on all stock and facilities related activities
· Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements
· GED or High school graduate
· Bachelor’s in management, Retail, or Merchandising helpful
· 3 years multi-unit, fast paced retail (travel retail helpful)
· 1 years management * Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
· Must be self-driven and able to work independently
· Ability to multitask and problem solve
· Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, Power Point)
· TAM Card may be required depending upon location
· Additional Security clearance may be required depending upon location
· Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required depending upon location
