The Digital Designer creates animated video content for various digital platforms and possess proficiency in video editing software, has experience with diverse video types and styles, strong communication and project management skills, and a comprehensive portfolio of video samples. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative teams, managing the production process, pitching new ideas, and providing final videos for scheduling.
Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119 (hybrid)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week
Pay: $75,000 - 95,000 salary

Job Responsibilities
Collaborates with the creative and product teams to:
- Develop engaging and dynamic animated video content for use on store screens and other digital channels.
- Create brand-appropriate design concepts, style frames, storyboards, animations, and other elements required for each video, under the direction of the Senior Creative Manager
- Oversee all phases of creative production including ideation, design/editing/animation, iteration, and final production
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
- Proactively pitch new graphics and ideas to execute against creative briefs
- Utilize graphic design skills to create/source images required for videos and support other marketing projects as needed
- Provide final videos to the digital content scheduling specialist for upload to the content management system.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in video creation/editing software such as Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Experience creating a wide range of video types including marketing promotions, menu boards, digital signage, and wayfinding
- Experience creating a wide range of video styles including animation, whiteboard, and broadcast
- Experience producing videos for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), digital advertisements, websites, and emails
- Extensive portfolio of video samples
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding project management skills with high attention to detail
