We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with retail experience to oversee key technology initiatives across store systems, enterprise applications, and infrastructure. Reporting to the CIO, this role will manage project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires a proven leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive strategic technology projects to completion.
Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week (hybrid)
Pay: $100,000 - $130,000

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects, including store technology rollouts, enterprise system implementations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and business teams (e.g., Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Store Operations) to align technology solutions with company goals.
- Drive execution of key projects such as POS enhancements, self-checkout deployments, cloud-based applications, and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment, facilitating communication between business sponsors, vendors, and IT teams.
- Conduct project governance, tracking milestones, deliverables, and financial performance.
- Prepare and deliver executive reports on project status, risks, and return on investment (ROI).
- Mentor and guide IT team members, fostering a culture of project management excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth implementation of third-party technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-10 years of IT project management experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or hospitality.
- Strong expertise in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale IT implementations.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, develop business cases, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering retail technology solutions such as POS, ERP, WMS, or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Oracle Xstore, Aptos Retail, Microsoft Dynamics POS/ERP, or similar systems.
- Experience in multi-brand retail environments (fashion, QSR, souvenirs, etc.).
- Additional certifications such as Six Sigma, ITIL, or COBIT are a plus.
