Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and evaluate store staff.
- Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Pricing Strategies: Implement effective pricing to maximize profitability.
- Retail Math: Analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Daily Operations: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Sales Drive: Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
- Team Training: Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training.
- Leadership: Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Financial Management: Handle cash, reporting, and financial tasks with strong math skills.

- Proven retail management experience with a focus on sales and customer service.

Requirements:
- 2 years of Retail Store Management experience
- Experience in large volume retail, logo/sundries, or airport stores is a plus
- Open availability is required
- Ability to engage with diverse customers from around the world
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks/projects successfully
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
