Job Summary
The Stock Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our retail locations stock management. This position is responsible for overseeing the stocking process, maintaining inventory levels, and providing leadership to team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Responsibilities
The Stock Supervisor manages stock team members, including inventory, receiving, storing, and distributing stock. They also ensure that the stockroom is organized and that customers have access to the right products at the right time.
- Staff Supervision: Training and managing warehouse associates, evaluating performance, and addressing employee concerns.
- Leadership: Motivate and manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide clear direction.
- Stockroom organization: Organize stockrooms and storage areas.
- Shipping and receiving: Ensure that stock is delivered and stored properly.
- Inventory reporting: Receive and maintain inventory reports and logs.
- Training: Provide training on stockroom organization and replenishment.
- Customer service: Support the sales floor and provide assistance with products.
- Safety: Support store team with asset protection and safety awareness.

Qualifications
- Previous Supervisory Experience Preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean and orderly stock area.
