Manage hotel reservations handling inquiries making bookings and confirming room availability.
Interact with guests via phone email and inperson addressing reservation inquiries changes and cancellations.
Assist guests during checkin and checkout ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns.
Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
