In this role you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone social media and email to connect with and assist clients in navigating their vacation planning. Please know that this is a business opportunity in which you will work closely with some of the leading suppliers in the industry for cruises resort stays and events.
Responsibilities
Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industry
Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around the globe
Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
Utilize time management skills in order to research plan and book vacation packages for clients
Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process addressing inquiries concerns and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience.
