Licensure/Certification/Registration: Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Wisconsin. New hires may have a temporary Occupational Therapist license issued by the Wisconsin Department of Health upon hire with permanent licensure within 120 days of hire.

Ability to establish therapeutic rapport with patients; good observation and judgment skills; keen awareness and application of safety precaution/procedures; effective communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written); administering evaluation procedures; knowledge of cardiac rehabilitation, hand therapy and industrial O.T.

READING - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

WRITING - Intermediate: Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, or procedures.
