The Juniors Director position runs the day-to-day coaching operations for our 6U through 10U Juniors. The position is responsible for ensuring 6U-10U Juniors coaching staff are creating learning opportunities for our players that 1) are consistent with our club’s vision and values, 2) are reflective of curricular and instructional best practices, and 3) advances the overall strategic plans of the club. The position oversees player development and works collaboratively with others for age-group technical programming to best promote player development for both boys and girls within that age range. The position is restricted from performing similar duties for other clubs or organizations without prior written approval from the Executive Director.
- Licenses: USSF “C” License preferred, USSF “D” License or higher or comparable equivalent required.
- Experience: 3-5 years coaching experience.
