Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Remote Sales Executive to expand our client base and increase sales across global markets. This is a commission-only role, ideal for self-starters with a passion for aviation and proven expertise in B2B sales. You will work remotely, targeting new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities by targeting airlines, MROs, and aerospace companies globally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable tooling and GSE solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the aviation industry.
Collaborate with the internal technical and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong understanding of aviation tooling, GSE, or related products is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive results in a remote environment.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Provide feedback on market trends, client demands, and competitive landscape to drive strategic growth.
What We Offer
Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential. OTE of $120,000 - $150,000.
