What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Wichita Country Club Tennis & Fitness?
Wichita country club Tennis & Fitness is seeking Front Desk Attendant who are responsible for providing exceptional service to all members, guests and staff, whether by phone or in person. This person will uphold the clubs operating standards in a professional manner at all times. Applicant must be detail oriented, organized, work well independently as well as with others and be able to handle the duties and requirements of the position.
Responsibilities:
Check in members and guest(s)
Manage court reservations
Answer phones
Greet member and respond to inquiries
Resolve service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient way
Maintain cleanliness of work area including but not limited to: cleaning the facility, locker rooms, machines and equipment, tennis courts, stock and replenish the facility with supplies and products including but not limited to: clean towels, fresh water, coffee, drinking cups.
Have a basic knowledge of facility activities and promote accordingly
Required skills:
WCC requires a passionate, positive, focused and driven individual. Customer service experience not required but highly recommended. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and nonverbally; providing appropriate body language and eye contact and smiling. Ability to remain flexible in order to adapt to changing work environments. Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks. Lastly, exhibit a professional and polite appearance and misdemeanor.
Part-time position available
Monday 1:00-8:00 pm, Friday 12:00-6:00 pm & Saturday/Sunday 12:00-6:00 pm (when needed)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
