About Us: The Wichita Country Club's Club 4 Kids (C4K) program is seeking a caring and compassionate
individual to join our team. We provide high-quality care and engaging activities for children
aged walking to 12 years. Our staff ensures that children stay active, enjoy games, and receive
appropriate guidance when needed.

Responsibilities:
● Supervise and engage with children in a safe and fun environment.
● Change diapers and assist with lifting children as necessary.
● Maintain a clean and organized play area.
● Support other childcare tasks throughout the day.
● Communicate effectively with children and parents, providing updates and feedback as
required.

Qualifications:
● Age: 16 years or older.
● Experience: 1-2 years of childcare experience preferred.
● Skills:
       - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
       - Ability to explain instructions clearly to children.
       - Patience and creativity to handle diverse situations.
       - Stamina to keep up with energetic children.
● Certification in First Aid and CPR is recommended but not required.

Schedule:
● Part-time position: Monday through Friday Mornings from 8:00am-12:00pm 
● Occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm 

Salary : $12 - $13
