Job Responsibilities

• Perform repairs efficiently, following dealership policy and specifications.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components/systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose and maintain vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional services needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Service Technician roles preferred.
• B level qualifications: Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications.
