Program Manager / Supply Chain Specialist
The Program Manager/Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for customer interface as well as all planning and procurement activities within the organization. This role provides daily support to both internal and external customers.
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing required
- Previous customer support experience required
- Previous program management experience required
- Previous procurement experience required
- Customer driven focus
- Global Shop Solutions software experience (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High School diploma required/College degree preferred
Job Duties:
- Manage daily account activities for all customers from contract review to delivery of product to the customer
- Maintain internal order scheduling while working with other departments to achieve desired delivery results
- Responsible for procurement of all purchased materials including raw material, assembly details, etc.
- Manage change orders to production schedules to assure customer requirements are met
- Coordinate and conduct meetings and conference calls with customers as required
- Field all customer inquiries regarding part status, schedule change requests, shipping status, etc.
- Internal liaison to effectively communicate customer status, requirements, and issues as needed to shop floor and management
- Manage customer relationship while working with internal teams to assure a high level of customer satisfaction

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
