Job Summary
Manages daily operations of athletic equipment and inventory maintenance, logistics and services.
Essential Functions
Assists with equipment and uniform maintenance, sanitation, and logistics. Oversees storeroom supply and equipment access and services. Orders, maintains and coordinates uniform and equipment inventory and services for multiple athletic programs. Manages equipment and uniform vendor contracts and online platforms to ensure quality service and delivery of inventory. Assists with ensuring operation expenses meet budget parameters. Recommends budget changes as needed.
Job Duties
Attention to detail of equipment maintenance, needs, location designation, including all logistics involved rests on your shoulders. Work with athletic departments on essential needs &/or inventory changes, consulting with coaches, supervisor & administrative staff for budgeting allotments while still meeting their needs. Handle daily operations keeping invested parties apprised of information or struggles pertinent to their requests.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- One (1) year of experience in equipment service
Required License/Certifications/Training:
None
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Effective and professional communication with peers and clients
- Understanding of equipment services.
- Knowledge of daily operations of equipment services and needs.
- Ability to build/maintain relationships with vendors, coaches and other staff to address needs.
- Maintenance of inventory as well as vendor platforms.

Preferred License/Certifications/Training:
AEMA Certification (or certified within 1 year of hire)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information. Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to move, transport, and/or deliver items, supplies, or equipment. Ability to move or traverse across campus, within buildings and offices, and/or across external environments.
