What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reimbursement Manager position at Wichita Surgical Specialists?
Looking for a Reimbursement Manager who is a certified coder and has a minimum of 3 years management experience. Must have a bachelors degree with at least 5 years of revenue cycle management experience including A / R, insurance contracting and analytic reporting in the health care industry. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills. Position is located in a large clinical office and reports to the Practice Administrator. Responsible for assuring the appropriate insurance reimbursements are received, coordinating insurance contracts, the refund process, monitoring compliance with State and Federal laws in relation to reimbursement.
