Requirements :
Under direct supervision of the Corporate Director of Financial Aid, provide guidance to prospective and current students and their families regarding loans, grants, and payment plans. In doing so, ensuring that all regulations are followed while providing the best customer service. The Financial Aid Coordinator is also responsible for the coordination and administration of several functions and duties pertaining to the management of the campus as a whole.
Qualifications:
- Requires 3 years of related experience with strong emphasis on customer service.
- Must have a strong desire to help people. Must be student-focused and work well without close supervision.
- A spirit of enthusiasm, energy, and multi-cultural awareness is also necessary.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills in the areas of collaboration, team participation, creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, group planning and decision-making.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities are required. This position requires a moderate level of computer and technology skills.

- Mon-Thurs 9a-6p One day a week until 7pm.
- Friday 9a-1p or 8a-Noon
