We are searching for skilled individuals with 2—5 years of post-frame experience to lead our crew based out of the Sun Prairie, WI area.
Can you...
- Work safe and fit into a culture based on safe work practices.
- Construct post frame buildings safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality.
- Lift at least 75 pounds.
- Work at heights of at least 20 feet safely and in full safety compliance.
- Comply and promote all safety policies.
- Learn quickly with attention to safety and to quality.
- Work outdoors and travel away from home.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication in compliance with all policies and standards.
- Pass a drug screen and physical.
- Have or are able to obtain a Class A CDL.
Wick Buildings provides a competitive pay scale ($25.00—$35.00 based on experience) that includes production bonus pay on every qualifying job. We provide a company vehicle, travel pay, and a meal per diem when away from home. The benefits package is inclusive with company-paid life and short-term disability insurance along with comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance and paid time off (holiday, vacation, bereavement), 401K.
