Job Overview
Wick Phillips is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide top-tier legal representation and advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and trial
- Draft and review complex legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategies and strengthen arguments
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, ensuring tailored and effective solutions
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the legal process
- Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution activities
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct and embody the firm’s core values in all professional activities
- Accurately track billable hours and ensure timely reporting
