FOR PHOENIX ONLY YOU MUST HAVE 2 YEARS CLASS A DRIVING EXPERIENCE AND NO MORE THAN TWO JOBS IN THE LAST TWO YEARS. FOR ABQ AND SLC YOU MUST HAVE 6 MONTHS OF DRIVING EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST YEAR AND NO MORE THAN 2 JOBS IN LAST 12 MONTHS AND 4 IN THE LAST 3 YEARS
Position Overview:
- Route: Drivers will run the Western 11 United States. Freight is no touch and 60% drop n book
- Freight: 95% drop and hook and 100% no touch
- Home Time All drivers are out 5 to 7 days and home for 48 hours.
Compensation:
- Pay: Drivers starting pay is .55-.60CPM while running 2800-3000 miles per week. Drivers with less than 2 years’ experience make .55CPM and will average $1540-$1740; those with 2 years or more experience will earn $.60CPM and average $1680-$2040.
- Riders and Pets: Allowed from day one (cats included).

Requirements:
- Experience:
oAt least 6 months of verifiable local, regional, or OTR experience within the last 12 months.
oNOT FOR PHX DRIVERS MUST HAVE TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST 3 YEARS
- License: Class A CDL.
- Driving Record:
oRelatively clean MVR with no more than 4 jobs in the last 6 months.
oNo more than 3 accidents or incidents in a CMV in the last 3 years (rollovers or head-on collisions must be over 3 years old).
oNo failed DOT drug tests in the last 5 years.
oNo moving violations over 15 mph in any vehicle in the last 12 months.
Salary : $1,540 - $2,040
