Class Instruction Deliver CPR, AED, and First Aid training in accordance with American Red Cross standards. Facilitate both classroom and hands-on training sessions, ensuring an engaging and safe learning environment. Monitor student progress and assess skill proficiency through practical demonstrations and written exams. Provide feedback to participants, ensuring they understand key concepts and techniques. 2. Course Preparation Set up and break down classrooms, including equipment such as manikins, AED trainers, and first aid kits. Ensure all training materials and equipment are clean, in working condition, and meet safety standards. Maintain accurate records of class rosters, participant evaluations, and certifications. 3. Compliance and Safety Ensure adherence to American Red Cross guidelines, including proper student-to-instructor ratios and course content coverage.
