The Technical Contract Manager is responsible for all aspects of contract review and management within the defense and aerospace industry, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and driving successful project outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Contract Review and Negotiation
- Evaluate and assess a variety of RFQ s . Deliver to estimating team members all essential information and customer expectations from which accurate technical and pricing requirements may be established in the ERP system. Produce timely quotations resulting in profitable production activities.
- Review, analyze and negotiate a variety of contracts, including prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and other relevant agreements
- Access all compliance requirements with all applicable federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements
- Determine flow-down requirements from prime contracts to subcontractors and internal departments
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and risks
