Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team developing an exciting product for senior living facilities!

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their journey and fostering long-term relationships that drive retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management, sales, and customer service, with a keen understanding of technology sales in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Provide training and support to customers on product features and best practices.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in technology sales or B2B environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay
  • Monthly bonus
