Digital Marketing Manager – Medical Device Product (B2B & B2C)
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive online growth for our medical device product, serving both B2B and B2C customers. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer eager to build and execute digital strategies in a fast-growing, small-team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Shopify website, ensuring seamless user experience, conversion optimization, and product updates.
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Oversee CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Create and manage marketing assets, including landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and digital ads.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Scale digital marketing operations by implementing automation tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in medical devices or eCommerce.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data tools.
- Self-starter comfortable in a hands-on role with a growing team.
