Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and an eagerness to provide exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.
• Support food service operations by assisting with menu knowledge and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage guest flow and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Must be 21 years old
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Managing guest lists and reservations
• Assisting with crowd control and ensuring a smooth entry process
