WickedBall Chicago is a high-energy entertainment venue specializing in interactive group experiences for all ages. We offer Bubble Soccer, Archery Tag, Nerf Battles, Laser Tag, Dodgeball, VR, Arcade Games, and more. Whether it's an in-store event, a mobile party, or a corporate function, we create unforgettable experiences with exciting games and enthusiastic hosts.

We are currently hiring seasonal and part-time staff for both our indoor facility and mobile events. There is potential for full-time opportunities for the right candidates.

Positions Available

• Party Host – $17/hr generous tips (Most hosts average over $30/hr)
• Mobile Lead – $20/hr generous tips (Most team members earn $26-$33/hr overall)

Weekend availability is REQUIRED. Candidates with weekday morning and afternoon availability for school events and field trips are highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and Referee Games – Guide groups through high-energy activities like Bubble Soccer, Nerf Battles, and Laser Tag
• Create a Fun Atmosphere – Keep energy levels high and ensure guests have an unforgettable experience
• Set Up and Take Down Equipment – Includes large inflatables, archery tag, and other interactive setups
• Work Mobile Events (For Mobile Leads) – Travel to different locations for off-site events (travel and mileage covered)

Who We’re Looking For

• Physically Strong and Capable – Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, including large inflatables. If you struggle to lift or move heavier equipment, this is NOT the job for you.
• Reliable and Punctual – Showing up on time and being dependable is critical.
• Fun and Outgoing Personality – You should be comfortable engaging with customers and keeping the energy high.
• Weekend and Evening Availability – Most of our events take place on weekends.
• Reliable Transportation – A car is required to get to events.
• Must Pass a Background Check

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in Events or Hosting (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable Speaking to Groups (this is an interactive role, not behind the scenes)
• Social Media Skills (helping with content creation is a plus)
