What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Assistant Project Manager (APM) position at Wickersham Construction?
**Job Overview:**
Primary function is to provide quality control assistance to the QC Manager (Superintendent) by assuring that the completed project meets all quality requirements of the contract drawings, submittals, and specifications. This will involve reading and understanding the project documents as well as managing and controlling subcontractor and supplier activities in the form of meetings and reports. This will include reviewing the plans, specs, submittals, testing plan, examining materials on-site, construction methods, and safety. Daily compliance reports are required for each active scope of work. Must have some construction field experience. Microsoft365 (Word, Excel, etc) proficiency is a must. Needs to be able to create and edit PDF’s electronically. Needs to be able to upload and download documents on various online websites. Needs knowledge of (or expectation) to learn time-keeping apps for daily journals. Needs to be organized, dependable, and willing to work 4(10)hr days/wk.

Pay: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour
