Wickford Appliance is a 67-year-old family owned and operated business, taking pride in having the best sales people, service repairmen, product installers, plumbers, and delivery people ... many of whom have been with us for over 20 years. It's always great when we can add new people to our Wickford family.

We want enthusiastic people who love people, and who are interested in determining a customer's need and selling them the right appliance(s) for those needs.

This is a full-time position, with a 44-hour per week work schedule. We are closed Sunday's (family day), and this is a Monday – Saturday, 5-day per week position. This is a salaried position, with monthly bonus opportunities.

A Wickford Appliance Store Manager manages 3-10 sales people on the sales floor, provides the highest level of 'Wickford' customer service, and maintains operational responsibilities. Fortunately, a high level of customer service is fortified by having our own delivery company, installers, repairmen, and master plumbers all on staff.

A family, small company environment that stresses customer service, provides a great selection of appliances, and strives to fit customer's needs and wants... we are looking for a dedicated person with some managerial experience who is interested in helping our company continue to thrive.

Passion for teaching and training, while maintaining a clean and well merchandised showroom as well as developing a team atmosphere within the store is crucial. We are very fortunate to have many long-term employees, and are excited about being able to add to the Wickford Family.
