United States Work Authorization and Documents are Required.
Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
- Applicants with Concrete Experience and/or a CDL (Commercial Drivers License) will receive higher compensation

Job Description
Construction Laborer:
This position is for a motivated person who is ready to learn everything to be successful in concrete construction. This job can lead to a very long and rewarding career. Applicants must have the ability to travel and work on the road 5 days a week. Company transportation will be provided from our office in Decorah to the job-sites located in the surrounding areas. Employees must have reliable transportation to arrive on time at the office to start work for the day or week on the road. Hotel rooms are also provided for employees when job-sites are located more than 1 hour drive from our Decorah office. The typical concrete construction season in Iowa runs from April 1st through December 1st.
Duties
Laying and grading rock
Setting and stripping concrete forms
Shoveling and finishing concrete
Sawing concrete
Learning to run all types of equipment
