What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parks Maintenance Worker position at Wicomico County?
The maintenance staff member cleans and sanitizes the bathrooms in the Park System and collects trash in the Parks on Weekends and Holidays. Shifts will consist of 1-3 staff members per shift and shifts will generally be from 6am thru 10am-noon each Saturday, Sunday and on Holidays.
This position will be active April 1st -November 1st, 2025
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience driving a F150 truck and pulling a 12 foot landscape trailer is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work every weekend morning from April until November.
